Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, which depends on the size, detail, and complexity of your design. Because every logo or artwork is different, we can’t provide an exact embroidery quote until your design is properly digitized for embroidery.

Before we can estimate your cost, a $25 digitizing fee is required. This fee covers the process of converting your logo or design into a stitch-ready embroidery file and allows us to determine the total stitch count and final pricing accurately.

Once your design is digitized, we’ll send you:

• A digital proof of your embroidered logo, and

• A final quote based on actual stitch count and garment type.

Note: The $25 digitizing fee is a one-time charge per design — once your logo is digitized, you can reuse it on future embroidery orders at no additional setup cost.
